This is a gentle and mindful Hatha yoga practice consisting of:

  • Breathing exercises (pranayama) that help to refresh the body, calm the emotions, and focus the mind;
  • Yoga postures (asanas) that strengthen and heal the body, release tension, develop flexibility, strength, and balance, and provide more energy and vitality;
  • Conscious relaxation (savasana), which allows the body and mind to rest, calm down, and recover deeply in a relatively short time (5–10 minutes), releasing stress and experiencing a state of deep relaxation.
