Acro yoga
Acro yoga is a playful workout for the body, mind, and soul. It engages muscles that are rarely used in everyday life and activates the skeleton, allowing us to easily perform poses and exercises that may look very challenging from the outside. We will help you realize that they are not as difficult as they seem.
The mind is also exercised, as many different things happen simultaneously — moving in various directions and engaging physical and emotional communication with another person. This trains not only the body but also helps create new neural connections. For the soul, it is an opportunity to play, experience joy, and focus on the here and now effortlessly.
GAIA Acro Yoga is suitable for everyone. This means no special physical preparation is needed. We will teach basic poses and movement combinations that look great in photos. The level will depend on the participants present.
