Elements of a Toxic Relationship: How to Recognize and Set Healthy Boundaries
Why do we stay in relationships that drain us, even when something inside us knows – this is not for me?
How can we recognize repeating patterns of emotional dependency and return to a true connection with ourselves?
In this workshop, we’ll explore the dynamics of relationships through the lens of trauma bonding, neuroscience, and somatic awareness. We’ll use tools like the Toxic Barometer and the Cycle of Destructive Relationships to help you clearly see where you stand and what you can shift today. Or how you might support a soul close to you. We gather in a safe, cozy women’s space – a place to pause, feel, and listen deeply. Every woman who longs to reconnect with her inner power and begin choosing herself is warmly welcome.
If there’s a specific question you’d like us to touch on during the workshop – Kviesk Emiliją!
