Temazcal

Temazcal is a traditional sauna that has been practiced for thousands of years and came to our lands from South, Central (Temazcal) and North (Inipi) America, used for cleansing the physical body, thoughts and spirit.

It is the ceremony of the origin of life, it is based on the blessing and the purification of the Human being through the sacred water of life (steam), the obscurity and the heat.

In the Temazcal we remember that we come from the womb, that it is where we are conceived, where we are fed with love like a seed, to be born with the grace of the unity of all the Powers of the Universe; we pray for our well-being and that of all our relations.
