Sacred Smoke: a workshop on the proper use of ceremonial plants for smudging, purification, and prayer.

This is an opportunity to get to know copal, cedar, thuja, and tobacco more intimately. We will learn how to properly prepare for working with these plant teachers.

We will also explore important themes such as altar alchemy, connecting with the elements, and how to create that connection. You’ll discover how to begin blessing yourself and others with the help of ceremonial incense and the elements.

These teachings are based on knowledge gathered from working with sacred world traditions, especially from South, Central, and North America.
