Batik is a fabric dyeing technique where cloth is tied, dipped into dye, re-tied, and dyed again creating a mysterious dance of patterns and colors. No two pieces ever turn out the same, each one enchants in its own unique way with flowing, interwoven hues.

This year at Gaia Festival, we invite you to bring your own fabrics or clothing to transform. Over the course of four festival days, immerse yourself in this colorful, meditative art of tying and dyeing – a true therapy of color and creativity.
