Body Architecture - the practice of conscious movements and a new look at the home of your soul - the Body. Osteopathic restorative body exercise, where the therapeutic instruments are your own internal look at your body, conscious performance of movements, deep breathing and meditation.
In the literal sense, we will look at ourselves from the inside and practice correct posture - when the bones are arranged in such a way that we can use all the muscles in a balanced way, so as not to squeeze the internal organs. Strengthening the internal muscles will improve the framework of our body and help connect the entire fascia. We will feel the axes and the spatial supports of the Body - their discovery and observation will give the body relaxation, lightness and strength at the same time.
